NeuroSystemics Dharma

NeuroSystemics meets Dharma in the 21st century, where somatic science and ancient Buddhist teachings join forces to support you in your development and exploration of mindfulness practice. NeuroSystemics lead faculty, psychologist and Dharma teacher Boaz Feldman, will offer monthly Dharma Gatherings and Online Meditation Retreats starting April 2022. This Event will help you to:

  • Get to know NeuroSystemics Dharma and meet Boaz and the Mentor Team
  • Understand the structure and content of the Somatic Dharma Retreat (April 1 – 3 2022) and give you a first taste of the practice

About the upcoming NeuroSystemics “Somatic Dharma” Retreat

In the “Somatic Dharma” retreat the focus will be on grounding your meditation practice in a regulated nervous system. We will explore the links between somatics and spirituality, while practicing a range of nervous system regulation tools. Register for the “Somatic Dharma” Retreat here.

 

Trainer(s)

Boaz B. Feldman, Founder of NeuroSystemics Dharma

Boaz is a practical visionary, an experienced psychologist, Dharma teacher and clinical trainer acting for worldwide positive change. He has trained in Mindfulness as a monk and at university in MBSR/MBCT in Oxford/Bangor and graduated from the Bodhi College with Stephen & Martine Batchelor as mentors. Boaz now teaches Dharma in the Western Insight Meditation Tradition and feels passionate about re-enchanting and sacralizing our lives and societies through science-informed psycho-spiritual practice.
