NeuroSystemics follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Like any other website, NeuroSystemics uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information. We may at times use video and record sessions. We reserve the rights of subscribers’ image, in video or still, and of the likeness and sound of their voice as recorded on audio or video for all sessions in respectively registered activities. Images may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and NeuroSystemics reserves the right to inspect or approve the finished product. Additionally, subscribers waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of their image or recording. They also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational or light promotional settings within an unrestricted geographic area. Photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for any use, which may include but is not limited to: presentations, courses, online/Internet videos.
By agreeing to these conditions this release, subscribers understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of them may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public educational setting. Thea will be consulted about the use of the photographs or video recording for any purpose other than those listed above. There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed. This release applies to photographic, audio or video recordings collected as part of the sessions listed on this document only.
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. NeuroSystemics does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
