Upon completion of the 3-year training, you will:
In the CARE Training, you will personally experience and learn to facilitate: (0.)Embodiment practices, (1.) Embodied 1:1 sessions & (2.) Embodied group sessions

Learn to heal trauma & regulate attention & emotions through the cultivation of compassion, mindfulness and other essential neural embodiment & mind training.

Discover tools and practices to help clients to achieve their life goals, increase their self-esteem & accept all their somatic, emotional and mental parts – a bio-psychosocial approach – to reach a sense of wholeness, in personal therapy.

Embody qualities and skills to create a safe & compassionate group spaces to allow participants be seen, to belong, support co-regulation and heal developmental trauma in “Resiliency Circles” group process sessions.
