The CARE Training is a transformative 3-year journey to learn, practice and embody bio-psychosocial skills for personal healing and professional development in the midst of a nourishing community.

Residential Module for CARE Training Graduates

We are delighted to announce this residential module for all Online and Turkey CARE Training participants. This module will include:

  • Review of all the NeuroSystemics models and practices: from SENSE to SOCIETAL (meta-circle practice)
  • Key learning outcomes from E-Learning clinical video series: NeuroSystemics Series & CARE Series
  • Clinical case supervision
  • Resiliency Circle Practice: “Enabling developmental shifts of group process”
  • Requested content & practices from CARE participants
  • Final Q&A’s
  • Celebration, party and dancing!

Scheduling

We begin the module on July 1st 2024, and you are welcome to arrive before lunch. (it is possible to arive a day early (Sunday June 30th). We will have our first gathering at 3pm CEST. In addition to the training sessions, will have a number of daily activities:

  • Open Spaces: There will be a daily opportunity to propose skills that you would like to offer to the comunity, sing, dance and have fun! These sessions allow us to meet, enjoy and learn from one another without the professional facilitators, and self-organize as a community.
  • Collective Care: We will spend about 1h to care for the beautiful house every day. Everyone will choose one small duty and collectively we will enjoy living in clean and cared for spaces. This allows us to keep costs at a minimum, thank you for your support.
  • Personal Sessions: Facilitators are professionally trained in somatic regulation with amyn years of experience and you can benefit from their support by requesting 1h 1:1 sessions. These session will help you to integrate challenges you may be going through, emotions emerging as a result of interactions in the residency or general behaviour patterns which cause suffering. These are paid in addition to the residency fee (usual fee) and you can have as many as the schedule allows for.
  • Sitting Meditation: One of the most important ways to become resilient and increase our ability to cope with challenges is to learn self-regulation. We will be practicing evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, compassion, somatic orientation, tai-chi, yoga.

 

 

We will close CARE 7 on Saturday July 6th with the evening Closing Ceremony. Sunday July 7th is departure day.

Where is it?

We will be meeting online (zoom) for the first sessions, and the we are meeting in person in the lovely and vibrant city of Bergerac, France. All sessions will take place at the Life Itself Bergerac Hub, just 2 minutes away from the river for a quick dip!

Prices

Please find the prices below.

  • If you live in Turkey, you can benefit from preferential rates to compensate for the challenging economic conditions you are facing (30% reduction).
  • If you start paying instalments before the end of January, you benefit from the early bird price (10-20% reduction).

We are holding an in-person Resiliency Circle residency at the Bergerac Hub in June, and if you register for both the Residency and CARE 7, you get a 20% discount on the residency price.

Notes:

  • Limited spaces available: We have a total of 20 spaces, including the facilitation team. It’s a first-come-first-serve basis of registration.
  • Minimum number of participants needed: In order to confirm CARE 7, we need a minimum of 12 participants.

Trainer(s)

Boaz B. Feldman, Faculty

Boaz is a practical visionary, an experienced psychologist, a Dharma teacher and trainer acting for worldwide positive change. He has worked with numerous international organisations (UNHCR, UNOCHA, WHO, Doctors Without Borders) in a variety of humanitarian contexts such as conflict-affected regions (Afghanistan, Burkina Faso, Myanmar), low-income contexts (Eastern Europe) and natural emergencies (Thailand). Boaz is currently a doctoral candidate at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and Zurich University Medical Faculty. He assisted Somatic Experiencing trainings and taught as the main faculty in Europe for Organic Intelligence, and now enjoys engineering and teaching innovative and integrative approaches at NeuroSystemics!

Rebekka Haas Çetin, Assisting Faculty (NSP)

Rebekka is a Mindfulness Coach (ICF) and counsellor for both, individual and group sessions.
She is extensively trained in Organic Intelligence®, a clinical protocol for trauma resolution through shepherding nervous system states from bottom up. Her participation in NeuroSystemics expands her contribution to healing from an individual to a greater psycho-social frame through group work (RC). She is a certified yoga teacher and the co-founder of multiple yoga Studios. Her original background is in filmmaking. Rebekka is from Germany and is now living with her husband in Istanbul, they have 3 children.

 

Mentor(s)

Silke Foegele, Mentor (NSP)

Silke is a certified complementary therapist and has been trained both as a CranioSacral therapist and as a physiotherapist. Her further training comprises prenatal and birth therapy, mediation, Organic Intelligence, yoga and qigong. She lives in Basel with her family. She focuses on increasing her clients’ resources and joy.

Buğu Türkoğul, Senior Mentor (NSP)

Buğu is a Biology graduate, a Mindfulness instructor, and a certified coach giving NeuroSystemics, Organic Intelligence and Mindfulness-based life coaching sessions. Buğu’s 14-year journey through yoga, education and therapy groups inspired her to facilitate Resilience Through Community groups based on creating safe social circles that values spontaneity, authenticity and openness.

Helena Walsh, Mentor (NSP)

Helena is an Entrepreneur, Researcher and Human Empowerment and Resiliency Coach (Organic Intelligence) and an International Voice & Acting Coach. She is the CEO and Founder of Helena Walsh Empowerment Studios.  Over the past twenty five years she has worked with people all over the world, from top executives and CEO’s, to preparing leading actors for major TV network shows.
