Retraite résidentielle

La retraite résidentielle a lieu dans le cadre du Prieuré Saint-Thomas, à Epernon (Eure-et-Loire), à 45 min en train de Paris.

Pour ceux qui viendraient en voiture, par souci d’écologie nous tenons à encourager le covoiturage et proposons pour chaque retraite un lien vers une plateforme de covoiturage permettant de mettre en relation les offres et les demandes.

Les inscriptions sont ouvertes automatiquement deux mois avant le début de la retraite, les abonnés à la newsletter en sont informés par mail. Les inscriptions sont prises par ordre d’arrivée. En cas de forte demande, une liste d’attente est ouverte.

 

A qui s’adressent cette retraite ?

Ces retraites permettent de pratiquer la méditation de façon intensive. Elles sont ouvertes aux débutants et aux personnes plus expérimentées. Il n’y a pas de difficulté particulière, sinon d’être capable de garder le silence, assister à tous les enseignements, respecter les règles de vie en collectivité au Prieuré Saint-Thomas.

ATTENTION: Une retraite intensive en silence peut être une expérience positive et transformatrice. Dans le même temps, la pratique de la méditation peut être ardue et suppose une bonne santé physique et psychologique.

Si vous avez récemment subi un traumatisme important, une grave dépression ou une crise d’angoisse, ou si vous traversez en ce moment un épisode de stress post-traumatique, une retraite en silence peut ne pas être indiquée pour vous à ce moment de votre vie. Un thérapeute qualifié peut vous indiquer la meilleure façon de pratiquer, ou vous dire s’il serait mieux d’attendre avant de vous engager. Une pratique régulière au sein de la vie quotidienne peut vous être plus bénéfique dans un premier temps.

L’hébergement se fait en chambres de 1, 2 ou 3 à 5 lits. Les sanitaires sont communs, en bout de couloir à chaque étage.

Les repas sont pris en commun et en silence. Préparée par les sœurs, la nourriture est savoureuse, végétarienne et de saison, mais ni biologique ni végétalienne. Les repas sont sans vin ni alcool. Si vous avez des intolérances ou des allergies, vous devez impérativement le signaler avant le début de la retraite. Un certificat médical vous sera demandé.

 

Ce qu’il faut apporter :

Votre matériel de méditation (coussin ou banc de méditation, tapis de méditation), sauf si vous préférez vous asseoir sur une chaise.

Des espèces pour le DANA, la pratique de la générosité : selon la tradition bouddhique, les instructeurs ne reçoivent aucune rémunération d’avance pour leur enseignement. Pour leur subsistance, ils dépendent des dons offerts librement par les participants en fin de stage.

La retraite se déroule en silence, mises à part les périodes de questions / réponses et les entretiens avec les enseignants.

 

Certificats de participation:

Les instructeurs MBSR en cours de formation peuvent fournir à leur centre de formation le mail d’inscription qui contient les dates, heures et le nom de l’enseignant. Par ailleurs, vous trouverez sur le site le profil des enseignants dans la rubrique “Ressources” pour compléter votre dossier. Vérification faite auprès de l’ADM et de l’IMA, ces documents suffisent pour prouver votre participation.

NeuroSystemics offers an integrative scientific pathway to handle a range of conditions including trauma, depression, anxiety and addiction. Combining wisdom traditions, state of the art neuroscience and systemic understanding, this introductory Workshop will focus the benefits of mindfulness and compassion practices as systemic therapy interventions. There will be opportunities to explore psycho-spiritual frames of therapy and develop key skills in attention and emotion regulation.

  • An understanding of contemplative practices within a systemics frame and the potential for societal engagement and transformation.
  • Live demonstrations and opportunities for discussion.

  • Therapists, clinicians, psychologists, doctors, psychiatrists, social workers, yoga teachers, health-practitioners, meditation & MBSR-MBCT teachers and educators interested in a meta-conceptual frame and methods to deepen optimize their practice.
  • New or experienced meditation practitioners who would like to deepen their practice with a bio-psychosocial frame on their internal experience.
  • Community-lovers who would like to be a part of a participative, co-creative and caring circle of friends and companions.
  • Individuals who enjoy teachings about Mindfulness as a spiritual practice and a deepening of embodiment through neurobiological understanding and scientific insights.
  • Professionals in the helping professions and networks of NGO’s searching for empowerment in relation to the climate crisis, social and health issues.

NeuroSystemics, travma, depresyon, anksiyete ve bağımlılık gibi çeşitli durumları ele almak için bütüncül bir bilimsel yol sunar. Bu Atölye, kadim bilgelik geleneklerini, en son sinirbilim bulgularını ve sistemler yaklaşımını birleştirerek, sistemik terapi müdahaleleri olarak bilinen Mindfulness ve şefkat pratiklerinin faydalarına odaklanacaktır.
