WE HURT AND HEAL THROUGH RELATIONSHIPS- Free Online Workshop

What lies behind the patterns that make our relationships challenging? Let’s explore together how we are wounded in relationships—and how we can heal—by listening to our bodies and nervous systems.
We will explore how the relational patterns we carry from the past, together with our nervous system responses, shape our relationships today. Through experiential and body-based practices, we will discover practical tools we can bring into everyday life to cultivate greater trust, connection, and conscious choice.

We are all wounded from past relationships, and yet these developmental challenges or traumas can be restored with precise nervous system relational tools.

This workshop will explore our core relational patterns, how they emerge in day-to-day living, and how greater awareness of nervous system responses can support safety, connection, and meaningful change.

A brief experiential demonstration will bring these practices to life, showing how they unfold in real time within therapeutic and process work.

Participants will leave with practical, actionable tools to:

• Identify their key relational patterns
• Develop greater awareness of their nervous system responses
• Respond with greater choice rather than automatic reactions
• Navigate relational challenges more effectively
• Build greater safety and connection in both individual relationships and group contexts

The workshop is designed for anyone interested in deepening their understanding of relational healing and learning embodied practices that can be applied in clinical, professional, and everyday settings.
