Resiliency Circle // Rebekka Haas &

Longing for more joy and ease in your life?
Feeling stuck or repeating the same relationship pain?
Ready to take a step toward a more fulfilling life?
But therapy is simply not affordable right now?

“If God ever comes back, he will come back as a group.”
J.L. Moreno, social scientist, pioneer of group therapy

Resiliency Circle (RC) is a small sharing group for somatically oriented processing in which 5 to 8 participants meet weekly for 90 minutes.

The group format is an efficient environment to practice personal growth, mental hygiene, emotional maturity and to experience trauma integration. It also offers a space for building meaningful connections and for having fun!

This trauma-sensitive approach draws on positive psychology, attachment theory and contemporary neuroscience to develop self empowerment and resilience.

Developing a clear sense of who we are — including our strengths and limitations, without false modesty or false pride — is the foundation for nourishing relationships and a meaningful life.

This Resiliency Circle takes place in English and is held on Zoom.

Some sessions will be recorded for educational purposes, which allows the participation fee to be offered at a reduced rate.

Rebekka will co-facilitate the group together with Deniz as part of the Clinical Mentorship Program. The recordings will be viewed only by Boaz Feldman, founder of NeuroSystemics, in order to support the evaluation of Deniz’s facilitation skills.
All recordings will be deleted after review.

If you wish to invest in something meaningful in your life, addressing unresolved trauma can be a valuable step.

If you are interested to joining our next Resiliency Circle feel free to meet us for the pre-interview.

Deniz Tezuçan (Somatic Practitioner)

Deniz Tezuçan is an experienced cultural manager, somatic facilitator and mindfulness instructor with over 15 years of experience in the fields of cultural management and body awareness.

Since 2017, she has focused her practice on somatic facilitation and mindfulness. Within the NS CARE protocol, she facilitates both individual and group sessions that support the integration of mind and body. By building a bridge between curatorial practices and somatic healing tools, she designs transformative experiences that foster emotional healing, mind-body integration, and stronger community connections. Adopting a playful language in her work, she aims to support participants in developing their skills in embodiment, creativity, and empathy. In doing so, she seeks to facilitate deeper and more meaningful relationships—with both themselves and those around them.
