Heath Wilson

I work with individuals, couples, groups, and professionals seeking to cultivate resilience and rediscover the wholeness that remains present even through trauma. My work draws upon NeuroSystemics, Organic Intelligence®, Somatic Experiencing®, the Narrative Enneagram, Structural Integration (Rolfing®), Craniosacral Therapy, and more than three decades of clinical practice.

My clinical interests include trauma resolution, nervous system regulation, attachment, relationship dynamics, intimacy and sexuality, and professional development. Whether supporting developmental trauma, relational challenges, life transitions, or clinical supervision, I aim to create an environment where people can reconnect with their innate capacity for regulation, curiosity, and meaningful change.

Alongside my clinical practice, I teach internationally as NeuroSystemics Faculty and through the 5aspects Institute, where I provide education, training, and professional supervision. The 5aspects framework integrates nervous system principles, somatic practice, psychology, the Enneagram, and contemplative inquiry into a comprehensive model of human development and flourishing.
