approved, you will be invoiced for the amount due. If the application is more than four months in advance of the event start date, then you will be asked for a deposit, of which \u20ac100 is non-refundable. If your payment relates to the a CARE training registration, 50%\u00a0 of\u00a0 your payment is non-refundable (we offer a\u00a0 wide variety of free ressources for those registering early to\u00a0 the CARE\u00a0 trainings). If you chose on your application form to pay the full amount up front, then we will invoice you for that amount. If your application is within four months then you will be invoiced for the full amount for the event. If you have paid a deposit, four months before the event date you will be invoiced for the balance which must be paid within 30 days.\r\n\r\nOnce an invoice has been raised, the place is dependent on prompt payment. If our invoice is not paid on time, the place will be released for other participants on the waiting list. This process reduces last minute cancellations, ensures that invoices are not raised then left unpaid and that all places are allocated. So that you do not lose your place due to financial issues, we advise that if your employer is paying you communicate with them to make payment within the time frame detailed on the invoice.\r\n\r\nResponsibility for payment remains with the attendee.\r\n\r\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<hr \/>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<strong>Cancellation policy:<\/strong>\r\n\r\nYou may withdraw your application up to three months prior to the event commencement date at which point you will be offered a refund, minus a \u20ac100 administration fee. Alternatively you may wish to credit the amount you have paid, minus a \u20ac100 administration fee, against a future event.\r\n\r\nIf you cancel your place within three months of the event commencement date, no refund will be offered unless we are able to reallocate your place to someone on the waiting list, in which case we will offer to credit the amount you have paid, minus a \u20ac100 administration fee, against a future event within 18 months.\r\n\r\nIf the reason for cancelling within three months is through ill health or similar, we will consider crediting the amount you have paid, minus any costs that we have incurred and a \u20ac100 administration fee, against a future event within 18 months.\u00a0 We will require evidence of the reason for cancellation, and the decision will be at our discretion.\r\n\r\nIn the unlikely event that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the event has to be cancelled by us, we will refund any fees paid to us by participants.
